The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the new advisor development team to drive toward 100% goal achievement in all production measures. The Training Coordinator assists in contracting, licensing, on-boarding, coordinating training efforts, reporting and all special development related initiatives and projects. This role reports directly to the San Jose District Director.
