Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects across the region. This is a travel-intensive role requiring hands-on leadership, project management, and strong subcontractor coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction activities on QSR projects, ensuring quality and adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel efficiently.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Track project progress, prepare daily reports, and communicate updates to project management and owners.
  • Resolve field issues, provide solutions to construction challenges, and make timely decisions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Collaborate with design teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
  • Travel to multiple job sites within Minneapolis and surrounding areas as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent , preferably in QSR or commercial construction.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different job site environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with quick service restaurant builds or remodels .
  • Familiarity with site logistics, scheduling, and cost control in fast-paced construction environments
