Manager, Global Sales, Member Experience
📍 Location: On Site in Delray Beach, FL
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving revenue growth and enhancing member engagement in the corporate travel industry? We’re looking for a Manager, Global Sales, Member Experience to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, leveraging strong relationship management and consultative sales strategies to deepen engagement and maximize profitability.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Account Management & Sales Growth – Develop and implement strategies to increase non-transactional and transactional revenue through innovative engagement.
✅ Client Engagement – Synthesize client needs, identify solutions, and communicate the value proposition effectively.
✅ Technical Expertise – Manage PNRs, process refunds and exchanges, sell airline ancillary services, and maintain critical industry databases.
✅ Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with internal teams to share best practices, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless operations.
✅ Data & Contract Management – Maintain ARC lists, update CRM systems, and oversee airline agreement integrations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Travel Advisor with expert knowledge of at least one GDS in its native format.
✔️ Strong background in travel agency operations or sales within a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through relationship-building and strategic initiatives.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with members and partners.
