Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee large-scale ground-up data center projects nationwide . This role requires a proven leader who can manage all onsite construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure project schedules and budgets are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mission-critical environments, specifically with data centers, and the ability to travel frequently across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite construction for ground-up data centers
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and quality control
• Enforce safety compliance and company standards
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients and GCs

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction; data center experience required
• Strong knowledge of ground-up building practices, MEP systems, and safety protocols
• Proven leadership in managing field teams and subcontractors
• Ability to travel nationwide on a frequent basis
