About the Role:

As an Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist , you will provide advanced clinical and technical expertise to internal teams, healthcare providers, and customers throughout the sales and post-sale process. You’ll partner closely with the Sales Manager to drive growth in the Radiology market, supporting both the commercial success and customer satisfaction of our ultrasound solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert clinical and technical training for ultrasound products during sales demonstrations and post-sale support, including on-site visits with physicians and sonographers.
  • Perform high-quality product demonstrations and post-installation clinical training.
  • Support sales efforts by engaging directly with end-users and assisting with clinical evaluations.
  • Represent Excel Imaging Solutions and Samsung professionally at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Assist in customer installations and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of both our products and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
  • Manage schedules, travel logistics, and customer priorities efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding equipment transport, expense management, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Required Certifications: RDMS and RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist).
  • Preferred Certifications: RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer).
  • Minimum of 6–10 years of clinical ultrasound experience in General Imaging, Vascular, OB/Gyn, and Breast Imaging; additional experience in Elastography, Fusion, or CEUS is a plus.
  • Prior commercial experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist highly preferred.
  • Exceptional clinical knowledge and technical expertise in ultrasound, including 2D and Color Doppler applications.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer training skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage expenses, prioritize tasks, and make sound business decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and web-based tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug screenings.
