The ideal candidate will have experience in systematic or algorithmic trading, a strong technical background, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English . This role requires expertise in researching, developing, and optimizing trading algorithms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance execution efficiency. The client is looking for someone with US equities market experience, other asset classes will not be considered.
