Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality air duct cleaning services with attention to detail
• Protect customer homes by preparing the work area with protective coverings
• Set up and tear down equipment, including hoses, vacuums, and specialized tools
• Thoroughly clean all vents, registers, and furnaces, ensuring everything is returned to its proper place
• Maintain company truck, equipment, and tools, keeping them clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and great communication
• Work safely and maintain a positive attitude
• Start work at 7:30 AM – morning people preferred
• Point system to hold all team members accountable.

Qualifications

• No prior experience needed
• HVAC or duct cleaning experience is a plus
• Positive, can-do attitude with problem solving critical thinking skills
• Mechanically inclined and physically capable of lifting 50-100 lbs
• Attention to detail – clean, organized, and professional
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and teammates
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
• No felons
• Non-smokers only. Vape is fine
• No THC allowed on company time
• Must be comfortable around pets

Pay: $20.00 - $29 per hour (based on experience)

-Tips, commissions and bonuses

Expected hours: 32 – 40+ per week
