In this leadership role, you’ll help guide our hospital by focusing on compassionate patient care, exceptional client service, and supporting a positive work environment. We’re looking for someone with schedule flexibility , as we want to ensure overlap with direct reports. Shifts will include two 12-hour clinical shifts and either one 12-hour or two 6-hour administrative shifts per week. This schedule allows for better life/work balance by offering 3-4 days off per week. Weekend shifts are required.
About the role:
As a Technician Manager, you’ll work alongside our Hospital Manager and Medical Director to help create a supportive, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and referring veterinarians. You’ll play an integral role in managing both day-to-day operations and supporting the growth and success of your team.
