Vice President of Human Resources

We’re seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to drive strategic HR leadership across our client's three business units. Reporting directly to the Company President , this role will focus on Training & Development, Performance Management, and Workforce Optimization while ensuring a high-impact HR function.

What You Bring:
✔ 6+ years of VP-level HR experience in a complex industry setting.
✔ SHRM accreditation required.
✔ Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership, training & development, and performance management .
✔AI Technology strategic HR experience.
✔ Strong business acumen with the ability to work across multiple business units .
✔ Experience in managing and optimizing workforce structures to align with business growth.
✔ Willingness to be fully on-site (5 days/week) in Dallas, TX .
