Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Warehouse & Distribution Operations Senior Manager to oversee operations across five warehouse locations, including two facilities connected to production, a packaging warehouse, a distribution center, and our new operation in Janesville, WI. This strategic yet hands-on leader will drive operational excellence, strengthen inventory management, and champion continuous improvement to support our growth in the food and beverage sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop four warehouse managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and performance excellence.
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations across multiple facilities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping.
  • Support the operational launch and ongoing management of the Janesville, WI, warehouse, which holds consignment materials, receives from co-packers, and ships to customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Transportation, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure seamless product flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and data to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company standards at all locations.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, ensuring facilities consistently meet safety, quality, and service targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive warehouse and distribution management experience, with at least three years leading multiple facilities.
  • Proven success in food & beverage distribution, with strong knowledge of food safety requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage managers, develop talent, and build high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a willingness to engage directly in day-to-day operations when needed.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms; Microsoft AX experience a plus.

Hours, Location and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works primarily out of our Neenah, WI Distribution Center with regular travel to our Little Chute and Janesville facilities.
