About the Opportunity : We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Leader to join our team in Gastonia, NC! Candidates need to speak both English and Spanish. This position involves a variety of tasks such as maintaining inventory, organizing shipments, and fulfilling orders. You will also lead a small warehouse team. Responsibilities : Lead : Lead the warehouse team. Receiving & Processing Shipments : Unload and unpack incoming shipments. Verify accuracy and check for damage. Label and store products in designated areas. Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records. Report any discrepancies or damages. Restock shelves and ensure products are available. Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Scan barcodes and check order accuracy. Print and apply shipping labels. Warehouse Operations : Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Other Duties : Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Participate in inventory counts. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications and Required Skills : Bilingual: Able to communicate in both Spanish and English. Warehouse leadership experience: At least two years as a leader in a warehouse. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in managing inventory and fulfilling orders. Organization: Ability to keep the warehouse clean and well-organized. Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Communication: Clear communication with team members and supervisors. Equipment Experience: Forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment experience. Basic Computer Skills: Use of scanning equipment and warehouse management systems. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
