Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, manufacturing background, and deep understanding of the 1-1-1 process (Order, Invoice, Shipment) to drive performance, improve processes, and deliver results.

What will you do day-to-day?

• Develop and implement strategic warehouse operations plans aligned with company goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end 1-1-1 process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to streamline operations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, shipping timelines, and order fulfillment rates.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve operational flow.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Lead system and technology upgrades to improve warehouse efficiency and visibility.

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations management within a manufacturing environment .
• Proven experience managing and improving the 1-1-1 process (Order, Invoice, Shipment).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and operational dashboards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field is preferred, but not required.
