Qualifications:

Ensures welders adhere to customer specifications and ASME code
Possesses a strong understanding of proper welding safety protocols
Potential for a raise after 60 days based on performance
Work schedule: 5x10-hour shifts and an 8-hour shift on Saturdays

Responsibilities:

Manages welding staff to meet quality standards, efficiency metrics, and safety protocols while coordinating across multiple fabrication teams.
Facilitates daily toolbox meetings, ensures safety audits are completed, and oversees welding training, machine maintenance, and production goals.
Works with Quality Control to resolve welding issues and ensures accurate documentation of production and scrap reports in Odoo and daily meetings.
