Your Role:

The Accounts Payable Associate supports the company’s financial operations by reviewing and processing invoices, assisting with vendor payments, and maintaining accurate expense records. This is an entry-level role that provides a strong foundation in accounts payable while supporting the day-to-day needs of the accounting team.

  • Review and enter incoming invoices into the accounting system.
  • Assist in processing vendor payments (checks, ACH, wires) in a timely manner.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and expense reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Help monitor and track outstanding invoices, credits, and payment status.
  • Support expense allocations to proper accounts and cost centers.
  • Research and resolve basic discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal departments.
  • Maintain organized accounts payable files and documentation.
  • Provide general support to the AP/AR team as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1–2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience, data entry or an administrative support position
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
