Position Overview: The Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company’s financial services. This position requires a combination of marketing expertise and event management to effectively communicate the benefits of services to clients, stakeholders, and potential customers. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the operations & marketing teams, sales, and other departments to ensure the company’s offerings are effectively promoted, driving growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for financial products and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and print media, email marketing, and social media advertising. Ensure that campaigns are aligned with target audiences and company objectives.
  • Website & Social Media Management: Ensure that all social media sites and company website is up to date and compliant with company regulations.
  • Client & Prospect Communication: Work closely with client-facing teams to understand customer needs and develop effective communication strategies. Support the creation of promotional materials for client-facing interactions, as well as assisting in client/marketing event planning and coordination.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics and analytics tools to gauge effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and customer service to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Brand Management: Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials, ensuring that financial services are presented in a professional and attractive manner.
  • Content Creation & Publishing : Create and curate engaging marketing content, including newsletters, blog posts, social media updates, case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral that highlight the features and benefits of financial products. Including but not limited to: podcasts, ghost writing, drip campaigns, and creation of course curriculum.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on financial services or products being a plus. College graduate applicants also welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite), as well as social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook for Business, and Facebook Analytics) and CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive content.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all marketing materials and campaigns are accurate and aligned with company branding.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to marketing financial products.
  • An interest in Human Resources and/or Medicare would be highly valued and compensated accordingly, but is not required.
