We are currently partnered with a leading global alternative asset manager($950M AUM) looking to expand their treasury risk team by adding on an Associate to their FX trading & hedging desk. This is a high visibility role working across all businesses including real estate, private equity, and credit among others.
This is a high-impact role co-located within a lean team of five, responsible for the strategy formation and execution of financial risk management across the firm's global ecosystem. You will be exposed to the full investment lifecycle across different business groups and portfolio assets. You will move seamlessly between high-level market analysis, hedging strategy formulation, live derivatives trade execution, and post-trade support. We are looking for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who possesses an "owner’s mindset"—someone who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and is driven to add tangible value to the business.
