$100,000 - $135,000 yearly

• Adhere to manufacturer specifications to maintain vehicle systems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate diagnostic equipment to accurately determine the cause of malfunction codes with the vehicle’s integrated computer system

• Apply a methodical approach to ensure accurate and thorough testing and inspection results with attention to detail
• Utilize Shop Management Software and online systems for workflow, testing results documentation, vehicle information, and technical specifications
• Communicate with Advisors regarding cause and correction of customers' concerns and additional relevant needs of the vehicle

• High school diploma or GED is required
• ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive

• Good communication skills with peers
• Training in automotive technology education. A Certificate or Degree is desirable
• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• ASE Master Technician Certification is preferred (will be required within 6 months)
• ASE L1 is a bonus
• Strong diagnostic abilities
• Strong customer service and communications skills
• Comfortable working with most makes/models
• Skills to flag 40+ hours per week
• Must personally own mechanical tools
• Focus on Quality Workmanship and accuracy
• Collaborative
• Zero tolerance for unethical practices
