**Job Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Barback to join our dynamic team. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring the bar area runs smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and advance your career.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist bartenders with preparing and serving drinks.
- Stock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing and sanitizing glassware and utensils.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts.
- Restock ice, soft drinks, and other bar essentials throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs promptly and courteously.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
