Job Description

PVHardware are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to help with the accounting and management of incoming goods and services in Houston, TX.

PVH - PVHardware is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!

Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Assist with preparation for annual audits.
  • Maintain financial transaction records by establishing accounts, posting transactions, and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Processing accounts payable (AP invoice posting)
  • Processing accounts receivable (review of contracts and sales taxes, issuance of invoices, monitoring of collection)
  • Reconciling company accounts
  • Participation in the preparation of payments in coordination with the Treasury Department.
  • Creation and follow-up of assets
  • Review of sales taxes invoices suppliers/customers.
  • Participation in monthly closing tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics of intermediate studies in Administration or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
  • Advanced skills in SAP and Excel.
  • Knowledge of using S 4Hana module is a plus.
  • Professional level skills in MS Outlook products.
  • English fluency required.

  • Internal: Purchasing, treasury, controlling, taxes, general services departments.
  • External: Supplier and vendors.
