Heiress Beverly Hills is looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Brand & Partnerships Manager to lead our influencer and creator marketing efforts. This person will manage all outbound and inbound influencer relationships, gifting campaigns, brand collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.

We’re seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience managing influencer or brand partnerships at a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle company. The ideal candidate understands how to build meaningful connections with creators and how to scale brand visibility through aspirational, aesthetic content.

• Manage influencer outreach, gifting, and ongoing relationships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms
• Source creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and values — from micro to macro-level talent
• Maintain and regularly update a database of influencer relationships and gifting outcomes
• Coordinate UGC collection and approval for use across paid ads, email/SMS, and social channels
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and ROI across platforms
• Support partnership negotiations, contracts, and creative alignment with collaborators
• Stay on top of cultural trends, emerging platforms, and competitive brand campaigns

• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or community management at a consumer brand
• A deep understanding of the digital creator space, with proven results in growing influencer programs
• Strong written communication, organization, and project management skills
• Highly aesthetic eye with an understanding of content that converts
• Experience using influencer tools or platforms (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Influence.co, etc.) a plus
• Bonus: Light experience in creating social content or reels/TikToks is a plus
