Job Description

Own the Market. Drive Growth. Shape the Future.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge as we continue our expansion into the US. This is more than just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up in a booming PropTech space.

If you’re a pipeline-builder, a strategic thinker, and a fearless closer who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments—read on.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunting & Closing: Build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch, driving the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to contract.
  • Targeting Key Players: Engage with C-suite executives, asset managers, and property managers across commercial real estate.
  • Shaping Strategy: Help refine our go-to-market approach with real-time customer insights.
  • Owning the Territory: Work autonomously within a small US-based team and make the role your own.
  • Being the Face: Represent the brand at meetings, pitches, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience , ideally in PropTech or a related vertical.
  • A proven track record of building pipeline and winning new business—especially in underdeveloped territories.
  • Experience selling into real estate owners, property managers, or asset managers .
  • Confidence with outbound tactics —cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo .
  • Grit and resilience —this won’t be easy, and that excites you.
  • A self-starter mindset—you don’t need (or want) someone looking over your shoulder.
  • A consultative seller who listens, adapts, and crafts solutions that land.
  • Someone who can engage senior decision-makers and navigate long, complex sales cycles.

Why This Role?

This is your chance to:

  • Build and own a greenfield territory in a high-growth market.
  • Play a key role in shaping US expansion strategy.
  • Work with a tight, supportive team who value independence and action.
  • Join a PropTech company that’s turning heads and solving real-world problems.

If you're ready to step into a role with massive upside—and you’ve got the hustle to match—we want to hear from you.
