What Your Role Will Look Like:
The COJT Packaging role will be the lead trainer and subject matter expert within the Packaging Department. COJT will ensure all employees are fully trained and capable of performing job duties. The COJT will drive packaging team member training and engagement through execution of training activities as assigned and assist with development and facilitation of training materials for processes and procedures, while supporting packaging production lines. The COJT Packaging role will work under limited supervision for routine work and will be provided with general instructions on special projects or new assignments.
