Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer

200,000-280,000

We are seeking an experienced  Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Office  to join our leadership team for this growing manufacturing organization. The CFO will play a critical role in strengthening our operational and financial functions while mentoring and developing our current staff. This would include the oversight of a Controller, Accounting Manager, and a few clerks as well as human resources. This would also include the oversight of Sales and Operations. 

This position requires a strong background in both finance and operations within a smaller founder led manufacturing organization. We are looking for someone that has experience growing small to midsized organizations from a $40M company to a $100-200M company. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required). Master's or MBA is a huge plus! 
• 10+ years of combined finance and operations leadership experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience with Quickbooks and Method CRM
• Strong understanding of financial management, cost accounting, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on mentoring and staff growth.
• Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Schedule: Full-time, on-site with leadership team, flexibility for work from home here and there
