Here's what you'd do:

• The client is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines and lathe machines in a heavy manufacturing environment. 
• This role needs a keen eye for detail, adherence to safety standards, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Operate and set up 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines and lathe machines to produce precision components.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished parts using precision measurement tools.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols to uphold a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet production targets.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 / hr.

Hours: 40  hrs/Week.

Length: Temp to permanent.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in operating CNC machines, including 3, 4, and 5-axis machines and lathe equipment.
• Minimum 3 years of Milling Machine experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industries.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Good understanding of machining processes, tooling, and precision measurement techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Handle materials and tools, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Prolonged periods of standing and working in a manufacturing environment.
