About Our Company

Rousseau Insurance Agency is a third-generation family owned independent insurance agency located in Biddeford, ME. We provide a wide array of property, casualty, and life insurance products and services.

Summary

The ideal candidate is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

· Proactively target new business opportunities

· Maintain a pipeline of potential prospects

· Develop networks and leverage networks into new business opportunities

· Identifies the client’s insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and loss exposures

· Explain to clients the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies

· Obtains accurate information from the prospects including completing applications, supplemental questionnaires, and other related documentation in order to provide complete and comprehensive submissions

· Maintain existing relationships with your book of business

· Work with Account Manager to service and renew clients annually

Skills required:
