Job Summary:
Leading Financial Client is seeking a Conversion Analyst to join their implementation team. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in data mapping, transaction workflow analysis, and client onboarding. The Conversion Analyst will lead system setup, data validation, and client training efforts to ensure successful migration to Financial systems. You will act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients throughout the software conversion lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Analyze client data, forms, and operations to develop custom data mapping and workflow documentation
✅ Lead system configuration and validation to align with client requirements
✅ Coordinate test scripts, readiness reviews, and UAT to ensure successful data conversion
✅ Provide hands-on training and support during pre- and post-conversion phases
✅ Work cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and finalize conversions
