Job Description

Title: Creative Director

Job Type: 6 month contract (possible extensions)

Location: 4 days onsite in Stamford, CT

Pay Rate: $60-65/hr

Interview Process: 2 round s (1st round virtual - 2nd round onsite

Must-Haves:

  • 7+ years as a Creative Director or in a related role, with a focus on entertainment programming (film, television, or live events).
  • Ability to manage an entertainment project/vision (can take ideas and give it form and function)
  • Ability to align people and their vision for a given project
  • Strong artistic and visual skills, with a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Holistic understanding on entertainment programming: TV shows, streaming platforms, radio, podcasts, social media content.
  • Experience creating and handling creative briefs.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Plusses:

  • Experience with virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or other immersive technologies.
  • Experience with Figma or After Effect

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Creative Director for a Fortune 500 company based in Stamford, CT. This role focuses on the oversight of entertainment projects and bringing them to life. The Creative Director will lead the development and execution of the visual identity and overall aesthetic for entertainment programming across film, television, live events, and streaming platforms. This role demands a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and outstanding leadership to guide a team of artists and designers in transforming ideas into visually compelling experiences. This person ensures that each project’s visual storytelling is brought to life—on time and within budget. In this role, it’s important to be culturally aware and well-informed about current trends and developments in television, sports, and popular media. This position is 4 days a week in Stamford, CT and pays $60-65hr.
