Our client is a well-known, global US hospitality business with multiple brands worldwide. They are headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and have been honored as one of American’s Best Large Employers. They have an exciting opening for an Customer Service HR Associate to join their HR shared services team.
Your new role
As part of the HR operations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact assisting employees in any HR related queries. You will provide an exceptional service addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the newly implemented HR system. This role manages many inquiries through phone, email, or the HR Portal, ensuring excellent customer service (in a call center type environment for HR). This position is a 3-month contract, in office for first 4 weeks with the possibility of 1 day hybrid after that. Hours are 9:30 am-6pm.
