Customer Service Representative (Non-Call Center)

Temp to Hire Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm Lewis Center, Ohio (onsite)
What you’ll be doing:
· Assist customers, provide information as it pertains to products, place orders, maintain and ship orders by performing the following duties:
o Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
o Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of customer information in Dynamics AX
o Enter, edit, confirm, and expedite orders as necessary
o Provide customers with pricing and availability of products
o Issue return number when necessary
o Communicate and process customer complaints following internal standards
· Manage difficult or emotional customer situations
· Respond promptly to customer needs
· Solicit customer feedback to improve services
· Respond to requests for service and assistance and meet commitments
Who we’re looking for:
· Ability to understand and follow basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos; communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
· Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
· Capable of solving practical problems with limited standardization; interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
· Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Communicate clearly in positive or negative situations, listen actively, ask for clarification when needed, and respond effectively to questions
· Write and edit clearly, present data effectively, and interpret written information accurately
· Work well both independently and in a team; contribute to building positive team spirit, provide and receive feedback, and prioritize team success
· Treat others with respect, act with integrity, and uphold organizational values
· Handle pressure tactfully, treat everyone with consideration, and accept responsibility for actions
· Adapt to changing work environments and handle delays or unexpected events effectively
