Job Description

We're seeking a Data Entry Specialist in the greater Lancaster, CA area on a direct hire basis. Pay range is from $20-25/hr. DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in databases and systems accurately and efficiently
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies; make corrections as needed
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines
• Perform regular backups and data audits to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data issues
• Other miscellaneous duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
• Fast typing skills and proficiency with MS Office
• Must be proficient on Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
