Children's Dental FunZone is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Dental Manager to join our team in Santa Ana, CA . Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth workflow
Support the Office Manager in supervising staff and maintaining a positive team culture
Handle scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication
Monitor treatment plans, collections, and financial reports
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies
Train and assist front office and back office staff as needed

Qualifications:

1-2 years of dental management or leadership experience (required)
Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal) and billing procedures
Experience with dental practice management software Dentrix Ascend preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)

The Details:

Job Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Spme Saturdays 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 + Benefits
