Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth workflow
• Support the Office Manager in supervising staff and maintaining a positive team culture
• Handle scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication
• Monitor treatment plans, collections, and financial reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
• Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies
• Train and assist front office and back office staff as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of dental management or leadership experience (required)
• Knowledge of dental insurance (PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal) and billing procedures
• Experience with dental practice management software Dentrix Ascend preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)

The Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Spme Saturdays 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
• Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 + Benefits
