The Opportunity

The Market : Multi-billion dollar addressable market capturing methane from millions of dairy cows

The Technology : Proven PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) systems integrated with custom farm collection networks to monetize methane emissions

Your Role : Lead the engineering of custom farm-to-PSA integration systems. Every dairy farm is unique - you'll solve the "last mile" connection challenge that turns captured methane into renewable natural gas.

The Timing : Join immediately as we prepare for major customer validation and market expansion.

What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

• Design custom integration systems from farm collection points to PSA upgrading equipment
• Develop standardized methodologies for site assessment and system configuration across diverse farm layouts
• Partner with PSA manufacturers to optimize integration specifications
• Create modular component libraries that adapt to unique farm infrastructure requirements

Systems Development

• Build installation methodologies that work across diverse dairy operations
• Develop vendor partnerships with PSA system manufacturers and agricultural equipment suppliers
• Create regulatory compliance pathways for air permits, safety systems, and pipeline interconnection
• Design maintenance protocols that minimize farmer operational disruption

Customer Support

• Develop technical materials for customer presentations and validation
• Create system specifications and implementation timelines for farm installations
• Handle technical objections and provide engineering solutions
• Support business development with technical expertise and credibility

Who You Are

Required Background

• Gas Systems Experience : Natural gas, biogas, RNG, or industrial gas handling systems
• Agricultural Integration : Experience with farm infrastructure, dairy operations, or agricultural equipment
• Project Engineering : Track record of custom system design and successful implementation
• Problem-Solving Mindset : "Figure it out" mentality rather than "won't work" thinking

Ideal Experience

• PSA System Knowledge : Direct experience with pressure swing adsorption upgrading systems
• RNG/Biogas Projects : Anaerobic digester or renewable natural gas development background
• Agricultural Operations : Understanding of dairy/beef operations and regulatory environment
• Rural Infrastructure : Experience with remote, agricultural, or distributed system deployments
