Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Event Manager to join our in-house team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid option. Please apply only if you are currently local or willing to relocate.

This role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events that drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and meaningful connections. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on logistics, creativity, and crafting memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Strategy
  • Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive annual event calendar, aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
  • Define event goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for each activation.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to identify event opportunities and build brand-aligned experiences.
  • Logistics & Execution
  • Manage all event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, staffing, scheduling, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, permits, and insurance as required.
  • Oversee on-site execution, ensuring seamless setup, event flow, and guest experience.
  • Manage event timelines, production schedules, and contingency plans for smooth operations.
  • Marketing & Audience Engagement
  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop pre-event promotion, in-event branding, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Create engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression and encourage content sharing and brand advocacy.
  • Develop and manage registration processes, guest lists, and attendee communications.
  • Partnerships, Budget, & Reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, sponsors, or speakers.
  • Manage and reconcile event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and clear ROI.
  • Track event performance through KPIs, feedback, and post-event reporting to inform future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing events, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Proven success organizing multi-faceted events such as conferences, pop-ups, brand activations, or VIP gatherings.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines, vendors, and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure and during live event execution.
  • High attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Existing vendor network (caterers, photographers, production crews) is a plus.
