Expertise using a PPM tool such as MS Projects, Smartsheet, and/or Jira
Expert level experience within Grants Management and/or Grants Administration; must have been in a hands on role centered around grants
Ability to manage high level project from beginning to end Experience managing an implementation effort

An employer is seeking an Senior IT Project Manager to join their team remotely in Eastern Standard Time. This is open because the client has a high profile project upcoming centered around implementing an enterprise wide grants administration platform. The selected solution is Euna to implement the AmpliFund Grants Management System. This Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for owning this enterprise grants effort from concept through creation. They will be in charge of driving all project needs including project plans, timelines, and distributing tasks across the functional teams involved. They will be responsible for managing project budget and overseeing and assigning tasks throughout the duration of the project and working closely with the outsourced partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership teams. As it stands right now, many of the departments and agencies are utilizing different grants management systems and software, but the plan it to identify one solution to use in this space and then implement across the centralized IT department, individual agencies, and all users across the state. Portions of this project will follow both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, so the Senior IT Project Manager should be flexible from a management perspective. The ideal individual will have exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, while being able to work in and manage cross-functional teams.
