Position Title : House Parent
Location : Boys Ranch, TX (36 miles outside of Amarillo, TX)
Compensation : $37,700 base pay (all bills covered) + Sign-on and retention bonuses, tuition assistance, extensive benefits package

Job Summary :
As a House Parent, you will be responsible for the daily care, health, safety, and well-being of the residents at Boys Ranch. This role is ideal for those looking to gain hands-on experience in education, counseling, psychology, or related fields. You will work with an assigned team to provide guidance and support, helping to foster positive relationships and a healthy living environment. Additionally, you will manage the home’s budget, perform money management duties, and mentor new house parents through job shadowing and on-the-job training.
