About the Role: Housing Administrator

• Responsible for oversight of operations of BARC Housing.
• Must have a functional understanding of all related contracts, policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with such and implements effective and efficient systems, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure such.
• Ensures high quality person centered services by monitoring service and support delivery.
• Oversees personnel management activities to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements and team and staff development activities.
• Ensures fiscal integrity of division by managing and monitoring department budgets in accordance with sound and responsible practices.
• Engages in the implementation of disaster preparedness and evacuation process.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology , Social Work, Education, Human Service Administration or related field required.
• 4+ years of related experience as a Housing Administrator for people with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office required- Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
• Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
