Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Buford, GA. The Human Resources Assistant will handle a range of administrative and operational tasks to support the HR department. Daily responsibilities include assisting with HR-related documentation, employee records management, benefit administration, coordinating training programs, and providing support for HRIS operations and updates. The role requires strong organization, effective communication, and attention to detail to contribute to a seamless HR function within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. -Outgoing Personality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information, and similar computer applications.

Pay Range: $21-$25/hour
