What You'll Do

• Lead and manage system integrations, ensuring seamless transitions within defined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, software partners, and acquisition teams to document workflows, assess existing processes, and implement best practices.
• Act as the primary product owner for ERP/CRM systems, building configurations/settings, evaluating and implementing released functionality, continuously training on new features and tools, and ensuring system compatibility across all programs.
• Establish and document standardized workflows for acquired teams to optimize operations.
• Provide training and support to existing and newly acquired teams on tools, systems, and workflows.
• Maintain Issues Log, troubleshoot system challenges, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Manage data migration, including cleansing, formatting, and reconciling data from Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Sales, and Production teams for ERP/CRM imports.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, project timelines, and open action items to ensure smooth transitions to ongoing support teams and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• While maintaining week-to-week implementation activities, also driving long-term continuous process improvements and goals.
• Support broader integration initiatives as assigned.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience with ERP/CRM systems or in a Product Owner role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience managing large datasets and troubleshooting import issues.
• Expertise in data reconciliation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Understanding of APIs and troubleshooting errors.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, including experience with relational database design, logic-based programming, and enterprise systems analysis.
