Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Interventional Radiologists to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the VA Pittsburgh Health Care System located at University Drive C Pittsburgh, PA 15240. Shift scheduling is generally Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures (e.g., angiograms, biopsies, catheter placements, embolizations).
• Provide consultations and post-procedure evaluations.
• Communicate test results per VHA Directive 1088.
• Ensure timely patient care and follow-up.
• Document care in VA’s electronic health record system.
• Comply with HIPAA and VA privacy regulations.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance logs.
• Adhere to VA policies, directives, and standards of care.
• Maintain professional conduct; breaches may result in removal.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with VA staff and referring physicians.
• Notify COR of any scheduling issues or obstacles.
• Complete mandatory VA training annually (e.g., HIPAA, BLS/ACLS, ethics, patient safety).
• Provide CME documentation for privileging and re-privileging.
• Submit monthly invoices with required documentation.
• Provide reports and certifications as outlined in contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Radiology.
• Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
• NPI report printout
• Active DEA license
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation

All candidates must be able to:

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
