Northborne is seeking an Associate to join our rapidly growing M&A practice in Minneapolis. Our Associates play a critical role in every aspect of the transaction process from initial pitch through closing, including interacting closely with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives, engaging with potential buyers, preparing valuations, writing pitch and marketing materials, and facilitating due diligence. The position offers opportunities to gain deep technical expertise, professional development, and upward mobility, while taking on substantial responsibility in transaction execution and client management.
