THE OPPORTUNITY

If you have a Bachelor's degree, at least one year of work experience, and are looking to gain additional business skills, then our Associate Program is for you. Successful candidates will possess:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Excellent Phone Proficiency
  • Self Starting Ability
  • Background in Financial Services/Sales a plus

As part of our deal team, Associates will get direct experience in the buy-side M&A process. Primary duties consist of heavy telephone solicitation/sourcing and origination activities for leading private equity firms and strategic acquirers.
