Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining a caseload, providing behavioral health services in day program settings, and supervising behavioral health clinicians and interns.
• Ability to fulfill the role of a lead clinician and supervise a team of interns.
• Maintaining an active record of behavior support plans and medical monitoring plans.
• Adhering to regulatory compliance and structural integrity of clinical programs.
• Development and facilitation of clinical training for programs.
• Report directly to the Director of Behavioral Health Services.

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in Social Work is required.
• NYS license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) is required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and clinical experience in behavioral health are required.
• Prior experience working with people living with intellectual and developmental disability.

Hours & Benefits:

• M-F 8:00am-4:00pm
• (flexible schedule, 70 hrs over a 2-week period)
