As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in performing preventative maintenance on equipment, addressing plumbing, lighting, HVAC comfort, minor electrical needs, and handling various service requests. Monitoring the eWork system and providing responsive communication with tenants and staff will be key aspects of this position. We are looking for a proactive individual who can communicate professionally and effectively with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the property to uphold a first-class condition.
• Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building.
• Promptly respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues.
• Supervise and coordinate vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Comply with safety procedures and local and state regulations.
• Maintain fire and other safety systems within the structure.
• Collaborate closely with security and janitorial teams.

The Ideal Candidate:
• High school diploma/GED required.
• 4+ years' building maintenance experience (preferred).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as assigned.
• Customer service-oriented, detail-oriented, energetic, self-starter.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
