As a Licensed Unarmed Security Guard at ESI, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their property, and the people they serve. With no prior experience required, we’re looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and ready to take on the responsibility of maintaining a secure environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
- Responding promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- Providing excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors.
- Following all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid security guard license.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- A professional demeanor and a commitment to dependability.
- The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
