💼 About the Role

As a Load Planner at Fusion Transport, you’ll be at the heart of our transportation operations. Your mission? Optimize loads, coordinate with internal teams and carriers, and ensure every shipment gets where it needs to go—on time, on budget, and without a hitch.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and optimize daily truckloads based on freight demand and routing efficiency
• Collaborate with warehouses, dispatchers, and carriers to ensure smooth execution
• Maximize trailer utilization and reduce costs through strategic load planning
• Monitor shipments in real-time and adjust plans as needed to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records in our TMS and ensure DOT compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and cost

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation planning, or freight operations (3PL experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of routing, carrier networks, and transportation best practices
• Proficient in TMS software and Microsoft Excel
• Sharp problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Strong communicator with a high attention to detail
• Team player with a get-it-done attitude
