Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and process claims for damaged goods, shipment shortages, and delivery discrepancies
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve claim issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on claim status
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice review, data entry, and reconciliation
• Support daily logistics operations, including tracking shipments and updating internal systems
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics and accounting departments
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic accounting concepts
