Assisted is looking for full-time or per diem LVNs to support our Los Angeles, Home Health division. 

We're now offering a $8,000 retention bonus! Available for full-time or per diem positions. Will be paid out based on number of visits you've completed.
$2,000 after 325 visits 
$2,000 after 650 visits 
$2,000 after 975 visits 
$2,000 after 1300 visits

We've recently split our LA market into 3 regions, so our full-time positions now have smaller coverage areas. We’ve also recently increased visit rates for 2025 to $45 per visit + $11 for mileage.

What you will do:
As a Home Health LVN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

Who you are:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, active license in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.
• Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency per skills checklist.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
