Our Lancaster, PA Office is hiring for an insurance professional to lead our Commercial Lines Small Business Unit department. You would be responsible for all activities related to operations of the Commercial Lines (CL) department in conjunction with other team leaders. Depending on the structure of the department and agency, this role may also perform other duties such as those of an Account Executive or Marketing Manager. The Manager-CL position will continuously look to improve the client service experience and the workflows associated with delivering excellent customer service throughout the agency.
