We’re seeking a versatile marketing professional who excels in creating compelling content and optimizing digital channels. In this role, you’ll capture project details, create marketing materials, and maintain an engaging online presence that drives interest and traffic. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce a diverse range of content, from catalogs and product sheets to social media posts and SEO strategies. What You’ll Be Doing

Web Optimization, SEO & Digital Engagement (75%)

  • Manage and update website content through CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
  • Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to increase lead generation and website traffic
  • Create and schedule social media content to enhance engagement and drive traffic
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates through landing pages, lead capture forms, and gated content

Content Creation & Marketing Materials (25%)

  • Capture project specifics, photos, and other assets to update our website and marketing materials
  • Develop product catalogs, brochures, and promotional content for dealers, architects, and designers
  • Write and organize content for web pages, spec sheets, case studies, and other downloadable resources
  • Ensure consistency and quality of content across all formats, maintaining a strong brand voice
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, design) to translate technical information into clear, accessible customer-facing content

Skills and Experiences

  • Proven experience in content creation, including digital catalogs, brochures, and web copy
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media strategies
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma) for creating marketing materials
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic website maintenance
  • Ability to craft content that is both engaging and optimized for search
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and adapt content for diverse audiences

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and digital asset management tools
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in sectors like architecture, construction, and design
  • Experience with lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and email marketing campaigns
