Job Description

másLabor is seeking a Marketing Coordinator: This position will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate the production of marketing needs, and manage day-to-day marketing operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels (traditional print, email, paid media, digital ads, collateral, and events, etc.).
  • Help maintain and update the company website and social media platforms with relevant content and engaging posts; adhering to social calendar and assist with press releases, Q&A prep for media, FAQs for web/collateral/webinars/social media
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, industry newsletters, press releases and promotional items.
  • Conduct market research to help identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
  • Assist with organizing and executing company events, webinars, and trade shows. Gather data and contacts from events for leads.
  • Help manage the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met for various projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Exposure to/experience in marketing with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and competency with Canva and Adobe Pro) and familiar with basic marketing tools (email platforms, social media management tools, etc.).
  • A positive attitude, a team player, and a creative thinker.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is required
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, or other marketing tools
  • Internship or volunteer experience in marketing or related fields is a plus.
